Chemical Pad – Single thickness, Bonded

CB200 is a single weight, bonded, perforated Chemical pad that offers good absorbency in dealing with aggressive fluids such as hydrofluoric, sulphuric, nitric, phosphoric, and hydrochloric acids. As indicated by the dimpled surface, the CB200 is bonded which increases the strength of the pad enabling it to hold together well for routine maintenance clean-ups. The CB200’s are perforated allowing them to be easily torn in two and its slim profile allows it to be used as a flexible wipe on delicate machinery. Bright yellow in colour, the value range CB200’s are highly visible in the work-place environment and will not leach when used on routine drips and spills. The CB200’s should be included as part of your company’s chemical spill control contingency plan or whenever there is a requirement to tackle spills of an unidentifiable nature. The pack of 100 CB200 pads are poly-wrapped which means they stay clean and uncontaminated until needed, reducing both the cost of packaging and disposal. The pack has the ability to absorb up to 100 Litres of fluid.

For some products, particularly those that are kits made from many components, these principles may not be possible for the whole kit, but rest assured we will source as many components according to these principles within the kit as we possible can.
