The storage of smaller liquid containers and drums in or on a spill tray is becoming more and more popular. Whilst in low volume not falling under direct regulation, risk assessment and good housekeeping should dictate that any liquid should be stored in a way that prevents any spills or leaks from escaping a contained area. From the storage of cooking oils down to cleaning fluids in the cleaning cupboard, all should be kept in a spill tray.
Spill Tray - with Surface Grids
With a choice of 5 different sizes, the surface grid spill trays provide an ideal platform to store smaller drums and containers and catch leaks and spills from them. Made from Polyethylene they a strong, will not corrode and are compatible with most liquids. The non-slip grids are easily removed for cleaning and keep containers clear of contamination from any spillages. The grid can be removed if necessary to provide a simple tray.

With a choice of 5 different sizes, the base grid spill trays provide an ideal platform to catch leaks and spills from smaller drums and containers. Made from Polyethylene they a strong, will not corrode and are compatible with most liquids. The modular grids in the bottom of the trays keep containers off the base of the tray so that if one container fails the bottoms of all the other containers will remain uncontaminated.
Flexible Spill Tray - with Surface Grids
With a choice of 3 different sizes, the flexible spill trays are a truly versatile piece of equipment and provide an ideal platform for decanting operations or to catch leaks and spills from smaller drums and containers. The unit has modular rigid plastic grids to keep container bases clear of spills and leaks and are easily removed for cleaning.
The units are manufactured for use either as a drip tray protecting your floors from spills or by removing the grids, can be used as a work mat under plant, equipment or vehicles giving comfort and insulation to work on. Without the grids in place you can stand on its sidewalls or drive over the tray, the sides just pop straight back up. Once used, the modular grids can be broken down and the tray can be easily folded and stored, ideal for workshops, service engineers and for carrying in vehicles.
